承接离岸研发外包对我国软件业创新能力的影响研究

【摘要】:“十三五”规划提出“供给侧结构性改革”的发展主线,确定“创新是引领发展的第一动力。必须把创新放在国家发展全局的核心位置”。在企业层面,如何提高创新能力、走创新驱动发展的道路是一个现实的问题。其中,全球服务外包的发展,特别是研发外包的发展为我国提供了非常好的借鉴意义。离岸研发外包是提升自主创新能力的途径之一,有助于我国软件业企业参与全球研发,获取并积累技术及经验,学习国际化管理运作模式,从而提高我国软件业的创新能力。本文选取我国软件业的离岸研发外包为研究对象,具体分五章。第一章绪论,包括本文的研究背景、意义、内容和方法等。第二章为研究综述,分别从研发外包、吸收能力和技术创新能力三个方面对相关理论进行了研究。第三章首先对我国承接软件离岸研发外包的现状作了说明;然后,基于上一章的研究,探究了承接软件离岸研发外包对承接方技术创新能力的影响机制。第四章为基于技术创新的实证研究。本章首先引入技术创新能力中介变量,利用中介效应模型考察承接软件离岸研发外包对创新能力的影响。然后采用VAR模型探究技术吸收能力与技术创新能力之间的互动关系。第五章是主要结论及对策建议。本章对全文的主要研究结果进行归纳,并提出通过承接离岸外包提升我国软件业技术创新能力的对策建议,同时对未来研究方向进行展望。通过研究,本文作出以下几点值得关注的结论:(1)承接离岸研发外包对承接方技术创新能力的促进效应强弱主要取决于其技术吸收能力,提升承接方技术吸收能力能有效促进其技术创新能力的提升;(2)承接离岸研发外包过程中,技术吸收能力与技术创新能力之间存在良性互动关系,承接离岸软件研发外包有助于我国软件业形成长期、持续的创新能力;(3)承接离岸软件研发外包过程中可能会对所承接研发领域的研发经费产生替代效应,并减少非承接研发领域的研发人员投入,从而造成我国软件业落入“技术陷阱”。
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan puts forward the main line of development of "supply-side structural reform," and determines that "innovation is the first driving force for leading development. Innovation must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development." at the enterprise level, how to improve the ability to innovate? Taking the path of innovation-driven development is a real problem. Among them, the development of global service outsourcing, In particular, the development of R & D outsourcing provides a very good reference for our country. Offshore R & D outsourcing is one of the ways to enhance the independent innovation ability, which is helpful for our software industry enterprises to participate in global R & D, acquire and accumulate technology and experience. This paper chooses the offshore R & D outsourcing of our software industry as the research object, it is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including the research background and significance of this paper. The second chapter is a summary of the research, respectively, from three aspects of R & D outsourcing, absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability to study the relevant theories. Chapter three first describes the current situation of undertaking software offshore R & D outsourcing in China. Then, based on the research in the previous chapter, this paper explores the mechanism of the impact of offshore R & D outsourcing on the technological innovation capability of the recipient. Chapter four is an empirical study based on technological innovation. This chapter firstly introduces the intermediary variables of technological innovation capability. This paper uses the intermediary effect model to investigate the influence of software offshore R & D outsourcing on innovation ability, and then uses VAR model to explore the interactive relationship between technology absorption ability and technological innovation ability. Chapter 5 is the main conclusions and countermeasures. Recommendations. This chapter summarizes the main findings of the full text, At the same time, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technological innovation ability of software industry by undertaking offshore outsourcing, and looks forward to the future research direction. This paper makes the following conclusions that deserve attention: 1) the promotion effect of offshore R & D outsourcing on the technological innovation ability of the recipient mainly depends on its technology absorption ability. Enhancing the technological absorption capacity of the recipient can effectively promote the upgrading of its technological innovation ability. (2) in the process of undertaking offshore R & D outsourcing, there is a positive interaction between the technological absorption capacity and the technological innovation capability. Undertaking offshore software R & D outsourcing will help our software industry to form a long-term, continuous innovation capability.) in the process of undertaking offshore software R & D outsourcing, it may have a substitute effect on R & D funds in the field of R & D undertaken. And reduce R & D personnel input in non-undertaking R & D field, resulting in our software industry falling into the "technology trap".
