企业生态圈战略选择与生态优势构建

【摘要】:在互联网经济背景下,越来越多的企业通过生态圈战略实现了转型发展,在无边界发展趋势、去中介化改革、消费者个性化等挑战下逆势而生,获取新的竞争优势。以乐视为案例对象,旨在探索企业生态圈战略的实现机理和生态优势的来源及其风险。研究发现:互联网时代背景下,企业实施生态圈战略的关键在于对大数据、云计算等互联网技术的运用,实现看似无关的不同业务间的协同效应,帮助企业在降低成本的同时提供差异化的产品,最终构建生态优势。企业生态优势的构建并非一蹴而就,需要基于消费场景而非产品定义产业边界,在特定产业内打造垂直闭合产业链,夯实生态圈基础设施,构建开放共享平台,进而形成多产业协同的生态圈,逐步培育起不同于传统核心竞争力的生态优势。当然,生态圈战略的实施需要考虑多重风险,尤其是业务协同风险和资金风险。研究成果拓展了企业生态圈战略和竞争优势相关理论,亦对企业互联网转型和生态圈构建具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the Internet economy, more and more enterprises have realized the transformation and development through the ecosphere strategy. Under the challenges of no boundary development trend, disintermediation reform, consumer personalization and so on, more and more enterprises have emerged against the trend. In order to explore the realization mechanism, the origin and the risk of the ecosphere strategy of the enterprise, the paper finds out: under the background of the Internet era, the new competitive advantage is obtained. The key for enterprises to implement ecosphere strategy lies in the use of Internet technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and so on, to realize the synergistic effect between seemingly unrelated different businesses, and to help enterprises to provide differentiated products while reducing costs. The construction of enterprise ecological advantage is not accomplished overnight. It needs to build a vertical closed industrial chain in a specific industry and consolidate the infrastructure of the ecological circle based on the consumption scenario rather than the product definition of the industrial boundary. Building an open and shared platform, thus forming an ecological circle of multi-industry cooperation, gradually cultivates ecological advantages that are different from traditional core competitiveness. Of course, the implementation of the ecosphere strategy requires consideration of multiple risks. Especially the business collaboration risk and the capital risk. The research results expand the enterprise ecosphere strategy and the competitive advantage related theory, and also have the guiding significance to the enterprise Internet transformation and the ecological circle construction.
