卓望公司供应商选择与评价的优化研究

【摘要】:随着社会的变化及企业的发展,企业与供应商之间的长期有效合作在保证企业正常持续的生产和提升企业竞争优势中起着极其重要的作用。企业紧密联系客户和供应商,从客户的需求提出到最终满足需求的整个过程都和供应商结合在一起。他们彼此互相促进,共同提升,一起优化服务质量,缩短整个采购过程时间,形成一个有效的采购供应管理系统,从而为企业更高效地应对市场,降低总成本,获取最大化利润,得到最高的客户满意度和在同行业中保持竞争力提供了大力支持。 作为供应链管理中的重要部分之一,建立完善的供应商选择与评价体系是供应商管理中的一个重要问题。本文针对市场变化对卓望公司的影响及公司的供应商选择与评价现状,结合当前国内外的供应商选择与评价理论与实践,对卓望公司现有的供应商选择与评价进行优化,重新建立体系。 本文首先确定供应商选择与评价的目标,明确了供应商选择与评价的原则。其次,调整了公司的组织架构;扩大供应商选择与评价的评价小组的组成成员的选择范围,多部门多角度发展评价人员;第三,对供应商分类进行优化,使分类更合理的满足当前出现公司的现状;第四,变更公司选择与评价的流程,让流程更合理完善;对供应商选择与评价标准和指标进行调整,利用权重协助公司选择更加合适的供应商。最后,通过以上分析和优化,重新建立了卓望公司供应商选择与评价体系,以期能够降低公司供应商管理成本,提高用户满意度,为公司在市场竞争中取得更好的业绩。 在通讯行业快速发展趋势下,卓望公司建立切实可行的针对通讯行业市场供应商选择与评价体系,对我国正处在通讯业关键发展阶段具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the changes of society and the development of enterprises, the long-term and effective cooperation between enterprises and suppliers plays an extremely important role in ensuring the normal and continuous production and enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises. The whole process from the customer's requirement to the final satisfaction is integrated with the supplier. They promote each other, improve each other, optimize the service quality and shorten the time of the whole procurement process. An effective purchasing and supply management system is formed, which provides strong support for enterprises to deal with the market more efficiently, reduce total costs, maximize profits, obtain the highest customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in the same industry. As an important part of supply chain management, Establishing a perfect supplier selection and evaluation system is an important issue in supplier management. This paper aims at the impact of market changes on Zhuo Wang Company and the current situation of supplier selection and evaluation. Based on the theory and practice of supplier selection and evaluation at home and abroad, this paper optimizes and rebuilds the existing supplier selection and evaluation system of Zhuo Wang Company. In this paper, the objectives of supplier selection and evaluation are first determined, and the principles of supplier selection and evaluation are defined. Secondly, the organizational structure of the company is adjusted, and the selection scope of the members of the evaluation team for supplier selection and evaluation is expanded. Third, optimize the classification of suppliers, make the classification more reasonable to meet the current situation of the company; fourth, change the process of selection and evaluation of the company, so that the process is more reasonable and perfect; Adjust the criteria and indicators of supplier selection and evaluation, and use weight to assist the company to select more suitable supplier. Finally, through the above analysis and optimization, the supplier selection and evaluation system of Zhuo Wang Company is re-established. In order to reduce the cost of supplier management, improve customer satisfaction, for the company in the market competition to achieve better performance. Under the rapid development trend of communication industry, it is of great practical significance for Zhuo Wang Company to establish a feasible supplier selection and evaluation system for communication industry, which is in the key stage of communication industry development in China.
