移动互联网产业海归人才适应国内环境机制的研究

【摘要】:我国移动互联网产业的飞速发展离不开海归人才和海归创业企业的促进作用和巨大贡献。然而.由于海归人才在海外学习和工作期间受海外环境的影响较大,当他们回国发展时需要重新适应国内环境,从而更好地为产业服务。试图探究移动互联网产业中海归人才和海归创业企业在适应国内环境方面面临的困难和挑战及可能的应对机制.并提出相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of mobile Internet industry in China can not be separated from the promotion role and great contribution of returned overseas talents and overseas entrepreneurial enterprises. However, due to the great influence of overseas environment on the overseas study and work of overseas returned talents, When they return to their country for development, they need to readjust themselves to the domestic environment. In order to serve the industry better, this paper attempts to explore the difficulties and challenges faced by returned talents and overseas returnees enterprises in the mobile Internet industry in adapting to the domestic environment, as well as the possible coping mechanisms, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
