【摘要】：正在近日举行的全球能源互联网技术国际研讨会上,来自国内外的多位电力专家认为,为解决大量使用传统化石能源带来的生态环境、气候变化等挑战,需大规模发展清洁能源,而建立全球能源互联网是实现这一目标的重要基础。在国网能源研究院能源战略与规划研究所所长白建华看来,要促进以太阳能、风能、水能、核能、海洋等清洁可再生能源替代化石能源,并通过以电能替代煤炭、石油等化石能源的直接消费,提高电能在终端能源中的比重。
