大数据背景下基于商业生态系统视角的商业模式创新研究

【摘要】：当前我们正处于工业4.0时代,不可否认的是,数据已成为企业的命脉。大数据打破了传统的区域边界和行业边界,以企业个体为单位的商业模式不再满足发展需要,企业的竞争优势来源正迅速地从发展完善的价值链,向构建开放式的商业生态系统转变。本研究基于商业生态系统视角,以受大数据浪潮影响较大的传统IT互联网行业为观察范围,选择微软作为焦点企业,围绕企业活动展开纵向探索性案例研究,以求对“大数据背景下传统IT互联网企业的商业模式创新及其影响作用”的关键科学问题作出理论的、科学的、系统的解答。本研究充分利用了与大数据背景密切相关的深度访谈、二手资料等数据来源,以文本编码的方式探究了焦点企业在开放系统中的商业模式创新,包括内容与结构上的创新以及治理上的创新,具体表现为企业在商业生态系统中的角色改变和互动关系改变,本研究同时洞悉了此类转变对企业生态位的影响及其情境关联性。本研究发现:(1)在大数据背景下,以云计算为依托的平台模式为企业提供了良好的商业模式内容创新的手段,向与之对应的“网络核心型”角色转型并在该角色上自我更新,是传统IT互联网企业实现商业模式结构创新的有效途径。(2)在大数据背景下,构建并以加速度构建共生协同关系,是传统IT互联网企业协同其它主体来实现商业模式治理创新的有效途径。本研究利用成熟的商业生态系统的理论视角对企业在开放的活动网络中的商业模式创新进行了补充,一来为商业模式创新理论提供了可能的细分空间,在理论上能够促进商业模式创新体系的发展,推动其建立健全理论体系,为后续的研究提供一定参考路径;二来能够为传统IT互联网企业应对大数据冲击、转变商业模式提供合理转换途径,对我国企业以商业模式创新为契机,实现跨越式发展产生一定指导价值。
[Abstract]:At present we are in the industry 4.0 era, undeniably, the data has become the lifeblood of enterprises.Big data broke the traditional regional and industry boundaries, and the business model based on the individual enterprise no longer met the development needs. The source of the competitive advantage of the enterprise is rapidly developing from the well-developed value chain.To build an open business ecosystem.This study is based on the perspective of business ecosystem, taking the traditional IT Internet industry, which is greatly influenced by big data wave, as the observation scope, chooses Microsoft as the focus enterprise, launches the longitudinal exploratory case study around the enterprise activity.In order to make a theoretical, scientific and systematic solution to the key scientific problems of "Innovation and influence of traditional IT Internet Enterprise's Business Model under the background of big data".This study makes full use of data sources such as in-depth interviews, second-hand data and other data sources closely related to big data's background, and explores the innovation of business model in the open system of focus enterprises in the way of text coding.It includes the innovation of content and structure and the innovation of governance, which is embodied in the change of enterprise's role in the business ecosystem and the change of interaction relationship. At the same time, this study has a insight into the impact of this kind of change on enterprise niche and its contextual relevance.This study found that under big data's background, the platform model based on cloud computing provides enterprises with a good means of business model content innovation, and transforms to the corresponding "network core" role and self-renewal in that role.It is an effective way for traditional IT Internet enterprises to realize the innovation of business model structure. Under the background of big data, the symbiotic cooperative relationship is constructed and accelerated.It is an effective way for traditional IT Internet enterprises to cooperate with other agents to realize business model governance innovation.This study uses the theory of mature business ecosystem to supplement the business model innovation of enterprises in the open activity network, which provides a possible subdivision space for the business model innovation theory.In theory, it can promote the development of business model innovation system, promote the establishment of a sound theoretical system, and provide a certain reference path for the follow-up research; second, it can deal with the impact of big data for traditional IT Internet enterprises.The transformation of business model provides a reasonable way of transformation, which has certain guiding value for Chinese enterprises to realize leap-forward development with the opportunity of business model innovation.
