基于社会网络分析理论的社交网站信息交流特征案例分析

【摘要】:文章以网络环境下社交网站中信息交流为逻辑起点,运用社会网络理论进行案例分析。从宏观上对网站界面特点、信息生成特点、交互特点等进行整体分析,利用社会网络分析软件从微观上对案例进行交流结构的分析找出用户信息交流之间的关系,进一步挖掘用户信息交流的特点,总结其中的不同和相同之处,引出对信息服务的启示和建议,并以新浪微博的改进为例,进一步说明研究结论。 文章前部分为选题背景和意义,对文献进行梳理,阐述社会网络分析的基本理论和基本的概念,主要包括:社会资本理论、弱连带优势理论、机会链理论等相关理论进行阐述,为下一章做理论上的准备。 文章中部主要是进行MySpace和新浪微博案例分析,文章先从宏观的角度介绍网站的交互界面、信息生成方式,并基于社会网络分析理论来对网站的信息交互进行分析,再从微观角度选取这两个网站中的一个交流群体进行研究。利用社会网络分析方法——中心度、子群研究、结构洞的方法验证前面的分析,对比分析两个网站之间的相同点和不同点,从理论上解释产生的原因。 文章最后部分对前面的分析进行总结和深化,提出针对信息服务的启示与建议。提出在目前网站中社会交互逐渐替代信息交互;信息交流垂直发展;信息传递形式碎片化,增强了信息的表达能力,加速了信息传递的速度;由于用户对网站的体验性要求,要求网站技术不断更新,技术成为社交网站的生存根本;网站吸引用户的手段不断丰富等启示,根据以上的启示笔者建议从信息组织方面改进网站信息的传递形式;扩展信息交互转为知识交互,促进网站深度发展、加强网站的隐私保护、用户的管理、利用技术丰富网站的内容等。将以上几点进行综合分析,提出优化微博的一系列方案,并设计了网页进行说明。笔者认为提升网站的信息服务需要注意以下几点:网站需要在其功能和形式上不断进行技术上的改进,不断提升用户信息交流的满足感,这可以通过界面优化、开放设计代码等方式来提升。改变网站和用户的地位,弱化网站在信息组织、管理中的地位,利用多种方式鼓励用户对其信息进行管理,将信息转化成知识,建立用户知识空间。网站不仅按照用户的需求进行信息推送服务,也要从用户的交流结构上进行分析,为不同交流位置的用户提供不同的信息推送服务,使用户在信息交流上具有平等地位,并不断挖掘和满足用户的信息需要,希望以的研究结果能更好的改进网站的信息服务。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the information exchange in social network environment as the logical starting point and uses the social network theory to carry on the case analysis.From the macro point of view, the characteristics of the website interface, the characteristics of information generation, the characteristics of interaction and so on are analyzed as a whole, and the relationship between the information exchange of users is found out by using the social network analysis software to analyze the communication structure of the case from the micro level.This paper further excavates the characteristics of user information exchange, summarizes the differences and similarities among them, leads to the enlightenment and suggestions to information service, and further explains the research conclusions by taking the improvement of Sina Weibo as an example.The first part of the article is the background and significance of the topic, combing the literature, explaining the basic theory and concept of social network analysis, including: social capital theory, weak joint advantage theory, opportunity chain theory and other related theories.Make theoretical preparations for the next chapter.In the middle part of the article, the case study of MySpace and Sina Weibo is carried out. Firstly, the interactive interface and information generation method of the website are introduced from a macro perspective, and the information interaction of the website is analyzed based on the theory of social network analysis.Then from the micro point of view to select one of the two websites to exchange groups for research.By using the social network analysis method-centrality, subgroup study, structure hole method to verify the previous analysis, the similarities and differences between the two websites are compared and analyzed, and the causes of the two websites are explained theoretically.In the last part of the article, the author summarizes and deepens the previous analysis, and puts forward some enlightenment and suggestions for information service.It is proposed that social interaction is gradually replacing information interaction in the current website; information exchange is developing vertically; the information transmission form is fragmented, which enhances the ability of information expression and accelerates the speed of information transmission; because of the users' experiential requirements on the website,According to the above enlightenments, the author suggests to improve the transmission form of website information from the aspect of information organization.Expand the information interaction to knowledge interaction, promote the deep development of the website, strengthen the privacy protection of the website, the management of the user, enrich the content of the website by using the technology, etc.The above points are analyzed synthetically, and a series of schemes to optimize Weibo are put forward, and the web page is designed to explain.The author thinks that the following points should be paid attention to in order to promote the information service of the website: the website needs to continuously improve its function and form on the technical level, and continuously enhance the satisfaction of the user information exchange, which can be optimized through the interface.Open design code and other ways to improve.Changing the position of website and user, weakening the position of website in information organization and management, encouraging users to manage their information in various ways, transforming information into knowledge and establishing user knowledge space.The website not only carries on the information push service according to the user's demand, but also carries on the analysis from the user's exchange structure, provides the different information push service for the different exchange location user, causes the user to have the equal position in the information exchange,And constantly mining and meeting the information needs of users, hoping that the results of the research can better improve the information services of the website.
