基于位置服务的应用软件持续使用意愿影响因素研究

【摘要】:目前,中国基于位置服务应用(Location based service, LBS)行业已经进入高速增长时期,LBS行业内竞争十分激烈。在第十届中国互联网大会上,业内人士和相关领域专家一致认为,LBS将成为移动互联网时代整个行业应用的标配,且最有可能成为第一个百亿规模的3G移动互联网应用。然而从长远来看,并非每个开发商和运营商都能实现长期存活并保持持续盈利。因此,如何提高LBS用户的持续使用意愿,使他们经常登录LBS应用软件使用相关服务成为LBS应用开发商和运营商目前所专注的重要问题。 本研究在LBS应用的情境下,以LBS应用软件使用者为研究对象,基于任务技术匹配(TTF)和信息系统持续使用理论(ECM-IT)的整合理论,从“任务技术匹配”的视角探讨了LBS应用软件用户的持续使用意愿的影响因素。在相关文献回顾的基础上,本研究通过传统纸质问卷和网络问卷两种收集方式进行数据收集,利用SPSS18.0和AMOS18.0软件对样本特征进行了描述性统计分析,并验证了本文的研究假设。本文的主要研究结论包括: (1)在LBS应用软件的情境下,技术特征对任务技术匹配有着显著的正向影响,而任务特征对技术匹配却没有显著影响,或者说任务特征对任务技术匹配的影响小于技术特征对其的影响。这可能与利用LBS应用软件所操作的各项任务具有稳定性与确定性有关。 (2)任务技术匹配通过正向影响感知有用性对持续使用意愿产生影响,而感知有用性又可通过满意度间接对持续使用意愿产生影响。 (3)LBS应用软件持续使用意愿的最重要影响因素是用户的感知有用性,其次是用户满意度。另外,确认程度对感知有用性和用户满意度有着正向影响作用,其中对感知有用性的影响作用相对弱一些。
[Abstract]:At present, China's location-based service application location based service, LBS) industry has entered a period of rapid growth in the industry competition is very fierce. At the 10th China Internet Conference, industry insiders and experts in related fields agreed that LBS would become the standard for the entire industry application in the era of mobile Internet, and the most likely to become the first 3G mobile Internet application on a scale of 10 billion. In the long run, however, not every developer and operator can survive long-term and remain profitable. Therefore, how to improve the willingness of LBS users to log on to LBS applications and use related services has become an important issue for LBS application developers and operators. In the context of LBS application, this study takes the users of LBS application software as the research object, based on the integration theory of task-based technology matching and information system sustainable use theory (ECM-IT). From the perspective of task-technology matching, this paper discusses the influencing factors of LBS application users' willingness to use continuously. On the basis of literature review, this study collected data by traditional paper questionnaire and network questionnaire, and analyzed the sample characteristics by SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 software, and verified the hypothesis of this study. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) in the context of LBS application software, technical features have a significant positive effect on task technology matching, while task characteristics have no significant effect on technology matching. In other words, the effect of task feature on task technology matching is less than that on task technology matching. This may have to do with the stability and certainty of the tasks performed with LBS applications. Task matching affects the willingness to use continuously through positive effects on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness indirectly affects willingness to use continuously through satisfaction. The most important influencing factor of LBS application's willingness to use continuously is the perceived usefulness of users, followed by user satisfaction. In addition, the degree of confirmation has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and user satisfaction, and the effect on perceived usefulness is relatively weak.
