基于动态能力的中国本土互联网企业成长路径研究

【摘要】：中国互联网企业经历了从小到大和由弱变强的成长历程,探索其过程的演变并揭示从过程到结果之间的路径规律是重要的理论问题。本文从百度公司所保留的"大事记"中获取500条事件数据并形成事件数据库,采用事件路径分析的研究方法,提炼事件维度与建立分类标准,分阶段剖析事件路径的趋势与特征。研究发现,自主性探索事件主导了百度公司成长的全过程,在其成长期经历了"独立探索-独立认可-合作探索"的演化路径,其中"合作探索"支撑了企业度过环境震荡期,"当期认可"与"探索释放"在成熟期趋于平衡。这一研究结果揭示出动态能力的逻辑多样性与动态均衡的潜能释放,并初步建构起了中国互联网企业成长的理论逻辑。
[Abstract]:Chinese Internet enterprises have experienced a growing process from small to large and from weak to strong. It is an important theoretical problem to explore the evolution of the process and reveal the path law from the process to the result. This paper obtains 500 event data and forms event database from "memorabilia" retained by Baidu Company. By using the research method of event path analysis, it abstracts the dimension of event and establishes classification standard. The trend and characteristics of event path are analyzed in stages. The study found that the autonomous exploration event dominates the whole process of Baidu's growth, and in its growing period, it has experienced an evolutionary path of "independent exploration, independent recognition and cooperative exploration." Among them, "cooperative exploration" supports enterprises through the period of environmental shock, "current approval" and "exploration release" tend to balance in mature period. This study reveals the logical diversity of dynamic capabilities and the release of potential of dynamic equilibrium, and constructs the theoretical logic of the growth of Chinese Internet enterprises.
