基于项目管理的新疆移动物资供应链优化研究

【摘要】:随着2008年电信重组和2009年独立运营我国自有第三代移动通信(3G)的冲击,中国移动通信集团在标准迥异的3G时代形势日趋严峻。各大运营商之间的竞争越来越激烈。为有效支撑新疆移动的发展,降低运营成本和提高工作效率,有必要从省公司的层面统一加强对供应链的精细化管理。从全公司的角度,结合营销和工程项目建设的实际,积极探索优化供应链体系的方式方法,以便在市场竞争中长盛不衰。 本文主要通过项目管理的基本原理,综合利用了统计学、管理会计、人力资源管理、物流管理等学科的内容,对新疆移动公司的现状进行了分析并提出了未来方向。 本文所涉及的供应链优化研究,其核心思想是分析和研究新疆移动供应链中出现的有关问题,包括物资需求、采购、调配、储存、配送等物的流动,以及相关的第三方整合、物流运作模式、系统支持等内容。结合现状,通过对新疆移动供应链上各部门和营销及工程项目的调研,找出了新疆移动供应链管理中存在的问题。主要研究结论如下: 1、在优化公司客户需求管理过程中,重点阐述了需求满足和差异化竞争策略,并建议加强对大客户的管理和准确定位公司的目标客户群。 2、在采购环节,应建立供应商和质量管理体系,优化采购目录,加强采购归口管理和标准化工作。 3、在仓储物流环节,对公司所有物资实行集中化管理;慎重评估和选择优秀第三方物流为新疆移动服务。 4、建立健全与供应链运营模式相匹配的物流信息系统支持环境。 5、加强专业人才的培养,建立完善的后备人才库。
[Abstract]:With the impact of the telecom reorganization in 2008 and the independent operation of the third generation mobile communication in China in 2009, the situation of China Mobile Communications Group in the 3G era with different standards is becoming increasingly serious. Competition between major operators is becoming more and more intense. In order to effectively support the development of Xinjiang Mobile, reduce operating costs and improve working efficiency, it is necessary to strengthen the fine management of supply chain from the level of provincial company. From the point of view of the whole company, combined with the reality of marketing and engineering project construction, we actively explore the ways and methods of optimizing the supply chain system in order to survive in the market competition. Based on the basic principles of project management and the comprehensive use of statistics, management accounting, human resources management, logistics management and other disciplines, this paper analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang Mobile Company and puts forward the future direction. The core idea of this paper is to analyze and study the related problems in Xinjiang mobile supply chain, including material demand, procurement, deployment, storage, distribution, and other related third-party integration. Logistics operation mode, system support and other content. Combined with the current situation, through the investigation of various departments and marketing and engineering projects in Xinjiang Mobile supply chain, the problems existing in Xinjiang Mobile supply chain Management are found out. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. In the process of optimizing the customer demand management, the paper focuses on the strategy of demand satisfaction and differentiated competition. It is suggested that we should strengthen the management of major customers and accurately locate the target customer base of the company. 2. In the purchasing link, we should establish supplier and quality management system and optimize the purchasing catalogue. Strengthen the procurement focus management and standardization work. 3, in the warehousing logistics link, to implement centralized management of all materials in the company; Carefully evaluate and select excellent third party logistics service for Xinjiang Mobile. 4, establish and improve logistics information system supporting environment matching with supply chain operation mode. 5, strengthen the training of professional talents, Establish a perfect pool of reserve talent.
