莱芜邮政分公司企业文化建设存在问题及对策研究

【摘要】:企业文化是一个企业成长进步重要的助推器和关键因素之一,作为促进企业综合实力的重要一环。先进的企业文化不但可以给员工供给和谐的工作环境以及氛围,还可以快速地激发员工工作的热情和积极性,提高企业竞争的能力,作为企业进步的不竭动力源泉。企业在进行文化建设的进程里不可避免的存在一些误区或者盲区,导致往往注重形式忽视了重要的内容,或者在建设的过程中,目标不明确,方向出现偏差等情况,造成建设的结果达不到预期的效果,难以指导或者保障企业的良性发展。莱芜邮政分公司是一家国有企业,在竞争激烈的市场背景下,怎样可以建立一个结合本公司实际特点的,具有较强的现实指导意义的企业文化,可以有效地促进企业增强内部号召力和外部竞争力,做到可以随着形式的不断变化而做出不断的调整的谋求进一步的发展,作为本公司的一个必须面对的重要课题。本研究以企业文化的相关理论知识的理论基础,探讨了企业文化建设的水平与公司的发展程度的内在联系,凭借文献研究法进行搜集本公司相关的资料和文献,凭借问卷调查法和实地访谈法针对莱芜邮政分公司企业文化建设进程里的实际问题进行调研,分析探讨出该公司在企业文化建设的现状,取得的成效,以及存在的问题,然后,根据前文的分析以及调研实际,结合该公司的实际情况,提出了改进该公司企业文化建设的具体有效的改进建议,从而促进莱芜邮政分公司企业文化建设的良性推进。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is one of the important boosters and key factors for the growth and progress of an enterprise, and an important link to promote the comprehensive strength of an enterprise. Advanced corporate culture can not only provide a harmonious working environment and atmosphere for employees, but also stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees quickly, improve the competitive ability of enterprises, and serve as an inexhaustible source of power for enterprise progress. In the process of cultural construction, enterprises inevitably have some misunderstandings or blind spots, which often lead to the neglect of important contents by form, or in the process of construction, the objectives are not clear, the direction is biased, and so on. The result of construction can not achieve the desired results, difficult to guide or protect the benign development of enterprises. Laiwu Post Branch is a state-owned enterprise. Under the background of fierce market competition, how can we establish an enterprise culture which combines the actual characteristics of the company and has strong practical significance? It can effectively promote the enterprise to enhance the internal appeal and external competitiveness, so as to be able to make continuous adjustment with the change of form to seek further development, as an important subject that the company must face. Based on the theoretical basis of the relevant theoretical knowledge of corporate culture, this study explores the internal relationship between the level of corporate culture construction and the degree of development of the company, and collects the relevant materials and documents of the company by means of the literature research method. By means of questionnaire survey and field interview, this paper investigates the actual problems in the process of enterprise culture construction in Laiwu Postal Branch, analyzes and discusses the present situation, achievements and existing problems of the enterprise culture construction of Laiwu Post Company. According to the above analysis and research practice, combined with the actual situation of the company, this paper puts forward some concrete and effective suggestions to improve the enterprise culture construction of the company, thus promoting the good promotion of the enterprise culture construction of Laiwu Postal Branch.
