基于D通信企业财务业务一体化管理系统实施研究

【摘要】:随着信息化社会的快速发展,财务业务流程规范度及管控能力等问题日益凸显,财务业务一体化水平也越来越重要,越来越复杂。从目前的现代企业来看,财务工作管理缺乏先进的管理理念、财务的职能不能达到企业的整体管控程度、财务部与企业其他各部门协同不到位等三方面的问题。因此,如何推进企业财务业务一体化的实现,使财务职能贯穿企业管理始终是本文研究的目的。本文以D通信企业原有业务的组织架构、业务流程为基础,运用扁平化和财务集约化的管理理念,打通公司财务领域内部及相关业务部门之间的关键环节,通过对公司财务领域调研、分析并整理相关资料,在现有模型基础上,构建财务业务一体化架构模型,实现自上而下的统一规范和自下而上的资源集约,实现公司财务管理的“纵向管理一体化”与“横向业务集成化”,优化资源配置,实现管理收益最大化。本文主要分为以下六个部分:第一部分为绪论:分析了财务业务一体化发展现状及D通信企业开展财务业务一体化建设的背景,指出财务业务一体化建设研究的意义;分析国内外财务业务一体化的研究现状,提出了本文的研究目标、内容、方法及创新点;第二部分为相关理论基础:主要是对本文参考的财务业务一体化理论、会计信息化理论进行阐述;第三部分为现状分析:在实地调研D通信企业的基础上,评价其业务、财务系统建设现状,指出其存在的问题;第四部分为财务业务一体化建设分析与设计:首先,在财务业务一体化建设理论指导下,从所要搭建的一体化系统整体功能做出分析;其次,明确各功能模块的实现的功能及主数据设计;最后,按照明确的功能构架和数据体系,分析设计适合D通信企业财务业务一体化的MSS系统;第五部分为一体化系统的实施效果,分析出企业在实施一体化系统后管理流程的优缺点;第六部分为对D通信企业实施财务业务一体化后未来的展望:主要是提出下一步需要D企业需要进行的流程优化和对企业管理流程上的优化建议。本文研究成果主要有三个方面:第一,构建一套比较合理的D通信企业财务业务一体化流程;第二,利用构建财务业务一体化系统对D通信企业的财务、建设和采购流程进行了一系列的调整和优化;第三,利用搭建的财务业务一体化系统来实现倒逼D通信企业管理控制职能一体化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information society, the standardization of financial business processes and the ability of management and control have become increasingly prominent. The level of financial integration is becoming more and more important and complex. From the point of view of modern enterprises, the financial work management lacks the advanced management idea, the finance function can not reach the whole control level of the enterprise, and the finance department and the other departments of the enterprise do not cooperate with each other in three aspects. Therefore, how to promote the realization of the integration of enterprise financial services, so that the financial function throughout the enterprise management is always the purpose of this study. Based on the organizational structure and business process of the original business of D communication enterprises, this paper uses the management concepts of flat and financial intensification to get through the key links within the financial field of the company and between related business departments. Through the investigation and research on the financial field of the company, analyzing and sorting out the relevant data, on the basis of the existing model, the paper constructs the financial business integration framework model, realizes the unified specification from the top to the bottom and the resource intensive from the bottom up. To realize the integration of vertical management and horizontal business of financial management, optimize the allocation of resources, and realize the maximization of management income. This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first part is the introduction: it analyzes the current situation of financial integration and the background of D communication enterprises to develop financial integration, and points out the significance of the research on financial integration; This paper analyzes the current research situation of financial business integration at home and abroad, and puts forward the research objectives, contents, methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part is the related theoretical basis: the financial business integration theory, which is referred to in this paper, The third part is the analysis of the current situation: on the basis of field investigation of D communication enterprises, the paper evaluates the present situation of its business and financial system construction, and points out its existing problems. The fourth part is the analysis and design of the integration of financial services: firstly, under the guidance of the theory of the integration of financial services, the whole function of the integrated system is analyzed; secondly, Finally, according to the clear functional framework and data system, analyze and design the MSS system suitable for D communication enterprise financial business integration. The fifth part is the implementation effect of the integrated system. The advantages and disadvantages of the management process after the implementation of the integrated system are analyzed. The sixth part is the future outlook of D communication enterprises after the implementation of financial business integration: mainly put forward the next step needs D enterprises to carry out the process optimization and enterprise management process optimization recommendations. The research results of this paper mainly have three aspects: first, construct a set of reasonable financial business integration process of D communication enterprises; second, use the construction of financial business integration system to finance D communication enterprises. The construction and procurement processes are adjusted and optimized. Thirdly, the integrated financial business system is used to realize the integration of management and control functions of D communication enterprises.
