基于移动SNS的媒介特质和需求对媒介依赖的影响研究

【摘要】:随着社交网络和移动通信技术的迅猛发展,移动互联网和基于移动互联网的移动媒介等应用快速向人们的生活渗透,已经对人们的生活方式尤其是媒介的选择与使用、媒介依赖等行为产生重要影响。移动社交网络作为新媒介,有一些传统媒介所没有的特质,这些特质影响着受众的媒介依赖行为。新媒介环境下,受众也产生了新的媒介需求,这些需求同样会对受众的媒介依赖行为产生影响。受众能否对新媒介产生依赖,直接决定着新媒介的前途。基于以上分析,本文通过阅读参考相关文献、剖析总结了相关理论,结合本研究的思路,构建了媒介特质和媒介需求对媒介依赖影响的概念模型,并提出相应的假设。在数据收集方面,本文主要采用网络发放的形式获得所需数据,共收回150份有效样本,运用SPSS19.0统计软件,对样本数据进行了分析,验证概念模型和相关假设。本文的主要创新点如下:(1)本文构建了基于移动SNS的媒介特质和媒介需求对媒介依赖的影响模型。本文首先阐述了移动社交网络的应用及研究现状,其次,在对媒介依赖相关理论和媒介特质、媒介需求等相关研究剖析总结的基础上,引入四项媒介特质和四种媒介需求,提出了本文的概念模型和研究思路。(2)实证研究方面,提出并验证了媒介特质和媒介需求对媒介满足和媒介依赖的正向影响以及媒介满足对媒介依赖的正向影响。本文通过相关分析和多元回归分析,得出媒介特质中的移动性与及时性、互动性和真实准确性以及媒介需求中的获取信息、自我表达和社会认同、人际关系的维护和发展、娱乐消遣正向影响媒介满足;媒介特质中的可得性、互动性和真实准确性以及媒介需求中的人际关系的维护和发展、娱乐消遣对媒介依赖产生正向的影响;媒介满足正向影响着媒介依赖。这些研究及结论的得出,不仅可以为今后新媒体的理论研究提供参考,还可以指导媒体运营商们根据影响受众媒介依赖的因素更好地开发新媒介,更好地满足大众的媒介需求、促进新媒介的发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social network and mobile communication technology, applications such as mobile Internet and mobile media based on mobile Internet have rapidly penetrated into people's life, and have been the choice and use of people's way of life, especially the media. Media dependence and other behaviors have an important impact. As a new medium, mobile social network has some characteristics that traditional media do not have, which influence the media dependence behavior of the audience. Under the new media environment, the audience also has the new media demand, these needs will also have the influence to the audience's media dependence behavior. Whether the audience depends on the new media directly determines the future of the new media. Based on the above analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant theories by referring to relevant literature, constructs a conceptual model of the influence of media characteristics and media needs on media dependence, and puts forward the corresponding assumptions. In the aspect of data collection, this paper mainly uses the form of network distribution to obtain the required data, retrieves a total of 150 valid samples, and uses SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the sample data and verify the conceptual model and related hypotheses. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) this paper constructs a model of media dependence based on mobile SNS media characteristics and media needs. This paper first describes the application and research status of mobile social networks. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the related theories of media dependence and media characteristics, media needs, four media characteristics and four media needs are introduced. The conceptual model and research ideas of this paper are put forward. (2) the positive effects of media characteristics and media needs on media satisfaction and media dependence and the positive effects of media satisfaction on media dependence are proposed and verified in empirical research. Through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, this paper draws the conclusion that mobility and timeliness, interactivity and accuracy, information acquisition, self-expression and social identity, maintenance and development of interpersonal relationships in media characteristics. Entertainment exerts positive influence on media satisfaction, on the maintenance and development of interpersonal relationships in media characteristics, interactivity and truthfulness, and on media dependence. Media satisfaction positively affects media dependence. These studies and conclusions can not only provide a reference for the theoretical study of new media in the future, but also guide media operators to better develop new media according to the factors that affect the media dependence of the audience, and better meet the mass media needs.
