沈阳移动公司WLAN业务发展策略研究

【摘要】：沈阳移动WLAN网络的业务发展已成为沈阳移动各项业务中的重点,WLAN业务如何能保证持续发展和业务增长是各电信公司研究热点之一。根据沈阳移动的发展规划,WLAN网络作为热点地区的主要承载方式,分流2G/3G网络的承载压力,以满足用户网速需求。随着热点地区数量的大幅增加,沈阳移动也面临wLAN业务发展带来的众多问题。本文通过数据说话、发展策略等相关理论研究,结合沈阳移动公司及沈阳地区的实际,进行WLAN业务发展策略研究,为沈阳移动公司建设“无线城市”、“智慧城市”提供参考,选题具有较大实践价值和理论研究意义。本文所做的主要工作如下：首先,本文综述了国内外WLAN的研究现状,阐述了研究目标及研究方法；概述了WLAN网络的相关理论、WLAN的技术发展及WLAN网络应用；研究了著名国外运营商的WLAN业务发展策略；其次,对沈阳移动公司WLAN业务发展存在的问题进行详细分析,找出问题存在的原因,其中包括：WLAN存在的技术问题,业务营销问题,业务拓展问题等,对沈阳移动WLAN业务发展进行SWOT分析；最后,在上述各章节的基础上,研究制定了沈阳移动公司WLAN业务发展策略。其中包括：论述了WLAN业务的发展目标和指导思想,归纳提炼了WLAN市场定位、业务形式、运营模式、市场营销与增值业务策略；针对WLAN网络的网速、容量及穿透力等问题,提出新技术、新产品的应用,网络优化及四网协同发展等策略；在经营策略方面,提出了流量经营策略、用户发展策略、资费灵活及业务拓展策略。
[Abstract]:The development of Shenyang Mobile WLAN network has become one of the key issues in Shenyang Mobile. How to ensure the continuous development and service growth of Shenyang Mobile has become one of the research hotspots of telecom companies. According to the development plan of Shenyang Mobile, the 2G/3G network is regarded as the main bearing mode in the hot area, and the load carrying pressure of the 2G/3G network is divided to meet the demand of the user's network speed. With the increase of the number of hot spots, Shenyang Mobile also faces many problems brought by the development of wLAN services. In this paper, through the data speaking, development strategy and other related theoretical research, combined with Shenyang Mobile Company and Shenyang area of the actual situation, WLAN business development strategy research, for Shenyang Mobile Company to build a "wireless city", "smart city" to provide a reference, The selection of topics has great practical value and theoretical significance. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper summarizes the current research situation of WLAN at home and abroad, describes the research objectives and methods, summarizes the related theories of WLAN network and the technical development of WLAN network and the application of WLAN network. The development strategy of WLAN service of famous foreign operators is studied. Secondly, the problems existing in the development of WLAN service of Shenyang Mobile Company are analyzed in detail to find out the causes of the problems, including the technical problems existing in the WLAN service of Shenyang Mobile Company. The SWOT analysis of Shenyang Mobile's WLAN business development is carried out on the basis of business marketing and business development issues. Finally, based on the above chapters, the WLAN business development strategy of Shenyang Mobile Company is studied and formulated. Including: discussed the development goal and guiding ideology of WLAN service, summarized and refined the WLAN market positioning, service form, operation mode, marketing and value-added service strategy, aimed at the network speed, capacity and penetration of WLAN network, etc. The strategies of new technology, application of new products, network optimization and cooperative development of four networks are put forward, and in the aspect of management strategy, flow management strategy, user development strategy, tariff flexibility and business expansion strategy are put forward.
