中国移动山东公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化建设与企业的成长和发展息息相关,如何在抓好企业经济效益和运营商改革发展的同时,坚持以科学发展观统揽全局,全面落实以人为本的思想,通过标准化管理的不断深入和创新,把企业文化建设活动融于生产、经营、管理的各个环节,充分发挥企业文化在管理中的约束功能,推动企业在经营管理、市场营销、队伍建设、优质服务等方面的全方位发展,是值得任何一个企业不断探索的重要课题。 本文以中国移动山东公司为背景,从实际出发论述如何全面落实集团公司企业文化,如何确保企业文化与企业的战略相适应,在集团公司企业文化延伸的基础上,基于企业文化理论分析了山东移动企业文化现状,深入探讨了山东移动企业文化建设的途径与方法,论述了山东移动企业文化建设的具体内容,包括价值观、经营理念、远景、使命、企业精神、企业道德等方面的建设内容和企业文化建设的原则、层次、策略、方法、过程以及MI、VI、BI和CIS系统的综合建设方法,创新性的提出了山东移动企业文化的员工幸福指数、企业文化成熟度评价机制,以及基于PDCA循环提升与改进企业文化水平的思路,通过工作实践、实例探索了全员参与式的企业文化统一表现,如价值观、态度、所掌握的知识、所具有的技能、养成的行为习惯和工作氛围等的总体表现和效果。 本文以作者在山东移动公司的实际工作经验为基础,进行理论研究、探讨、提炼、实践,创新,为山东移动公司建设富有山东移动特色的企业文化的内容、方法、评价、提升和超越提供明确的思路,,也为中国移动其他兄弟省分移动公司的企业文化建设实践研究提供借鉴。

Based on the background of Shandong Company of China Mobile, this paper discusses how to carry out the corporate culture of the group company in an all-round way, how to ensure that the enterprise culture is suitable for the strategy of the enterprise, and on the basis of the extension of the enterprise culture of the group company. Based on the enterprise culture theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of Shandong mobile enterprise culture, probes into the ways and methods of Shandong mobile enterprise culture construction, and discusses the concrete contents of Shandong mobile enterprise culture construction, including the values, the management idea and the prospect. Mission, enterprise spirit, corporate ethics, and principles, levels, strategies, methods, processes, and integrated construction of MI,VI,BI and CIS systems, Innovatively put forward Shandong mobile enterprise culture employee happiness index, enterprise culture maturity evaluation mechanism, and based on the PDCA cycle to promote and improve the level of enterprise culture, through work practice, An example is given to explore the overall performance and effect of the corporate culture as a whole, such as values, attitudes, knowledge, skills, behavior habits and working atmosphere. Based on the author's practical work experience in Shandong Mobile Company, this paper carries out theoretical research, discussion, refinement, practice and innovation to build the content, method and evaluation of Shandong Mobile Corporation's enterprise culture with characteristics of Shandong Mobile. Promotion and transcendence to provide clear ideas, but also for China Mobile other brothers provincial mobile company's corporate culture construction practice to provide reference.
