从范增之鉴中浅谈副职的“3Q”管理之道

【摘要】：一个好的智商、情商、逆商是副职在领导集体中能够正确发挥角色作用的重要管理之道。范增作为项羽阵营的副职,是助项王夺取江山的关键性人物,他的出现与失败,可以说决定了中国的历史格局及其历史走向。通过研究发现,范增IQ很高,善于运筹帷幄,能够谋局势、求发展;但是EQ较低,未摆正自己的副职位置;另外AQ极低,在遭遇挫折后沉沦放弃,最后导致整个项羽阵营内部失和而被刘邦所灭。因此,本文从范增之鉴入手,分析副职在其位上如何做到科学地管理自我的"3Q"。
[Abstract]:A good intelligence quotient, emotional intelligence quotient and inverse quotient are important management ways for deputy posts to play a role in leading collectives correctly. His emergence and failure can be said to determine the historical pattern and historical trend of China.
