【摘要】：杰出领袖不仅在崛起之初对推进至为重要的社会转型具有不可替代的作用,而且在崛起过程对于扫除进一步发展的障碍也将发挥重要作用。甚至在确保持久繁荣稳定的制度建设上,领袖的率先垂范也是非常重要的。与传统大国的崛起相比,后发国家的崛起既面临"弯道赶超"的时代机遇,也面临着国家转型和既有大国同质化竞争的多重压力。
