决策问题识别的方法研究

【摘要】：首先介绍了决策过程前期阶段—问题识别的概念 ,认为问题识别作为一种主观过程主要受到人的认知能力的影响 ,识别过程实际是一个评价过程 ,其最终目的是为了评价现实系统与目标状态之间所存在的偏差的大小。根据这一特点 ,建立了灰色关联度评价模型和一种基于反应值的满意度评价模型 ,并用一实例分别对这两种模型进行了验证。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the concept of problem recognition in the early stage of the decision-making process. It is considered that the problem recognition as a subjective process is mainly influenced by the cognitive ability of human beings, and the recognition process is actually an evaluation process. The ultimate purpose of the model is to evaluate the deviation between the real system and the target state. According to this characteristic, a grey relational degree evaluation model and a satisfaction evaluation model based on the response value are established. The two models are verified by an example.
