【摘要】：政府决策咨询机构是以影响公共政策为宗旨的政策研究机构,政策咨询程序的规范与否将直接影响和决定着公共政策质量的高低,咨询机构贯穿于政策制定前、政策制定中和政策评估反馈程序的各个环节,要努力规避政策咨询过程中存在的问题,创新具有中国特色的政策咨询程序。
[Abstract]:The government decision-making advisory body is a policy research institution whose purpose is to influence public policy. Whether the policy advisory procedure is standardized or not will directly affect and determine the quality of public policy. In the process of policy formulation and policy evaluation feedback, we should try to avoid the problems in the process of policy consultation and innovate the policy consultation procedure with Chinese characteristics.
