[Abstract]:How the new director of the organization can obtain the position and responsibilities of Wang Chao, the director of the organization who has taken the initiative in his work, requires him to exert great efforts to practice his internal skills and strive to improve his leadership skills and level of leadership. Only in this way can we fulfill all the powers and responsibilities conferred by the Party organizations. Especially for the young cadres who have just entered the posts of Organization Ministers in other jobs, they should adapt to the requirements of their roles as soon as possible, and do their best.
