如何把握授权的度

【摘要】:正 授权,既是领导方法,又是领导艺术。有效的授权能使领导从一般事务性工作中得以解脱,集中精力抓大事,从而提高工作效率,同时还有利于发挥下属在工作中的积极性、主动性、创造性,使领导的智慧和能力得以延伸和放大。 授权虽然重要,但并非人人都会授权,授权不当比不授权造成的后果更严重,因此,必须准确把握好授权的度,具体来说,应努力做到以下两点: 一、“大权"独揽,“小权”分散 这是指一些重大的决策权应集中在领导手中,下属的行为措施必须按照领导的指令、决定去办;而对在其管理范围内的一些措施,下属拥有自主决定权,不必请命于领导,领导对这些属于其下属

Therefore, it is necessary to accurately grasp the degree of authorization, specifically, We should strive to achieve the following two points: first, "great power" monopolizes, "small power" decentralization this means that some major decision-making power should be concentrated in the hands of the leadership, subordinates must act in accordance with the instructions of the leadership, to decide to do; But for some measures within their management, subordinates have the right to decide independently, do not have to ask the leadership, the leadership to these belong to their subordinates.
