中国传统哲学下的领导力理论探析

【摘要】:本文通过在对国内外相关研究的基础上,以中国一元哲学理论精髓为基石,从中国传统思想流派中选取了具有代表性的四个思想流派,对中国传统的领导力理论进行分析与研究,总结中国传统领导力理论的优势。并试图将中国传统领导力理论与西方最新的价值观为本的领导力理论进行整合,期望能为领导力理论研究的创新提供启示,同时为各行业的管理者提供一条解决领导力行之有效的途径与实践方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant studies at home and abroad, this paper selects four representative schools of thought from Chinese traditional schools of thought, based on the essence of Chinese monistic philosophy theory. This paper analyzes and studies the Chinese traditional leadership theory, summarizes the advantages of the Chinese traditional leadership theory, and attempts to integrate the Chinese traditional leadership theory with the latest western value-based leadership theory. It is expected to provide inspiration for the innovation of leadership theory research and an effective way and practical method to solve leadership problems for managers in various industries.
