浅谈如何当好副职

【摘要】：当好副职对推动领导班子建设做好各项工作具有重要积极意义。副职要以人民的根本利益为重,以事业发展为重,在领导活动中要找准自己的位置,演好自己的角色,不断强化位置意识和角色理念,立足本职岗位作贡献。
[Abstract]:Serving as deputy posts is of great significance in promoting the construction of leading groups and doing a good job.Deputy posts should focus on the fundamental interests of the people and the development of their career. They should find their own position in leadership activities, play their own roles, constantly strengthen their awareness of position and role concept, and make contributions to their own posts.
