领导艺术:特点及表现形式

【摘要】：本文对领导艺术的内涵进行了界定 ,据此提出领导艺术具有非模式化、直觉性、随机性、创造性、适度性、多变性、情感性和模糊性八个特点 ,并结合目前领导活动的实践 ,重点分析了领导艺术的规范性内容和领导艺术的表现形式 ,认为熟悉这些内容和形式 ,并在领导实践中融汇贯通 ,方能提高领导艺术水平
[Abstract]:This paper defines the connotation of leadership art, and points out that leadership art has eight characteristics: non-pattern, intuition, randomness, creativity, moderation, variability, affective and fuzziness.Combined with the practice of the current leadership activities, the paper analyzes the normative content of the leadership art and the expression form of the leadership art, and thinks that it is possible to improve the level of the leadership art by being familiar with these contents and forms and integrating them in the leadership practice.
