【摘要】：为了使“发展是硬道理”的思想观念转化为人们的自觉行动 ,作为各地区、各企业和各单位的负责人首先要树立和强化可持续发展观。这种发展观的特征主要有 :实现了科学精神和人文精神高度结合、渐进式发展和跳跃式发展相统一、兼顾目前发展与长远发展等特点。
[Abstract]:In order to transform the idea of "development is the absolute truth" into people's conscious action, as the responsible person of every region, every enterprise and every unit must first set up and strengthen the sustainable development view. The characteristics of this view of development are as follows: the combination of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, the unity of progressive development and leapfrog development, and the consideration of both present and long-term development.
