[Abstract]:To continue to do a good job in training and selecting female cadres Chen Muhua has been holding the first forum on the training and selection of female cadres since July 1990 when the Central Organizing Department and the All-China Women's Federation held the first forum on the work of training and selecting women cadres five years ago. In the past five years, party committees at all levels and women's federations have done a great deal of work to implement the spirit of the summary of the meeting.
