以价值观为导向的领导力建设路径探析

【摘要】:以价值观为本的领导方式理论主张把价值观导向始终摆在领导力建设的灵魂地位,从完善核心价值观出发提升核心领导力。以价值观为导向的领导力建设要强化领导者的核心价值观教育,提升领导者的价值识别、引导和维护能力,并将经过选择和辩护的正确价值观念付诸实践,在实践中检验和巩固。
[Abstract]:The theory of values-based leadership advocates that the guidance of values should always be placed in the soul of leadership construction, and that core leadership should be promoted from the perspective of perfecting core values. Value-oriented leadership construction should strengthen leaders' core values education, enhance leaders' ability of value recognition, guide and maintain, and put the correct values of choice and defense into practice. Test and consolidate in practice.
