如何提升高职学院中层干部的执行能力

【摘要】:领导和中层干部,是学校管理人员的两个层次,领导力和执行力是管理方法的两个层面。领导层制定的学校各项决策方案,需要中层干部组织实施,中层干部的执行能力制约和影响着领导层面决策方案的落实。好的执行力能够弥补决策方案的不足,而完美的决策方案,也会死在滞后的执行部门手中。笔者阐述了中层干部应具备哪些方面的执行力及如何提升中层干部的执行力。
[Abstract]:Leaders and middle-level cadres are two levels of school administrators, and leadership and execution are two levels of management methods. The school decision-making programs formulated by the leadership need to be carried out by the middle-level cadres, and the executive ability of the middle-level cadres restricts and influences the implementation of the decision-making programs at the leadership level. Good execution can make up for the shortcomings of the decision-making scheme, and the perfect decision-making scheme will die in the hands of the lagging executive department. The author expounds what aspects of execution should be possessed by middle-level cadres and how to enhance them.
