【摘要】:正领导批评下属是帮助下属改正错误、修正偏差的重要手段。领导批评下属可谓天经地义,下属常常也知道领导批评得有道理,但是批评却往往达不到预期效果,经常陷入一个南辕北辙的怪圈——批评的结果与初衷大相径庭,有时会适得其反,起到固化甚至加剧错误的后果,也就是俗话常说的"越咸越放盐"。这看似悖论,其实背后有其必然逻辑——被批评者因为维护面子而坚持错误。由此不难看出,与批评的客观性、正确性相比,批评的态
[Abstract]:Leading criticizing subordinates is an important means to help the subordinates to correct their mistakes and correct their deviations.
