论注意力在领导活动中的功效

【摘要】：注意力在领导活动过程中占据很重要的位置 ,对领导活动有着十分深刻的影响。领导注意力是领导力的重要组成部分 ,具有选择功能、配置功能、调节和监督功能。实施注意力领导 ,除了领导者应具备良好的注意力品质 ,关键在于如何开发、组织、使用好领导活动过程中主体的注意力。
[Abstract]:Attention occupies a very important position in the process of leadership activities and has a profound impact on leadership activities. Leadership attention is an important part of leadership, with the function of selection, configuration, regulation and supervision. In order to implement attention leadership, besides leaders should have good attention quality, the key lies in how to develop, organize and use the attention of the main body in the process of leadership activities.
