提升科室领导素养,打造高效团队

【摘要】：机关科室领导是行政领导的"第一线",是党委和员工关系链中重要的中间环节,起着承上启下、承点启面的作用。本文从人格魅力、领导艺术、创新思维、表率作用、用人不疑、疑人不用、情感培养等方面阐述了如何通过提升科室领导素养,打造一支高效团队。
[Abstract]:The leaders of departments and departments of organs are the "first line" of the administrative leaders and the important intermediate links in the chain of relations between party committees and employees, which play the role of connecting the past with the following, bearing the points and opening the plane. From the aspects of personality charm, leadership art, creative thinking, role of example, use of people, doubt, emotional cultivation and so on, this paper expounds how to build an efficient team through improving the quality of department leaders.
