[Abstract]:Choosing a good leader is the foundation of building a leading group at the county level Qiao Yaohai. Yang Su's efforts to train and select outstanding young cadres and train a large number of leaders who can take on important tasks across the century are an important and urgent strategic task put forward by the Fourteenth Plenary Session of the Fourteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Party organizations at all levels. The group is in the core position, politically oriented, working decision-making, diligent and honest.
