决策主体双方在“拍板定案”时的相互作用

【摘要】：拍什么板定什么案,从表象上看是由领导者决定的,但实质上体现了领导者与群众主体双方的相互作用力。领导者通过拍板定案决定群众应该做什么和不该做什么,群众决定领导者拍板定案的性质和成败。领导者所作出的决策只有符合广大人民群众的意志和利益,才具备方向上的正确性、内容上的科学性和实施上的顺利性。
[Abstract]:It is decided by the leader from the aspect of appearance, but it reflects the interaction between the leader and the main body of the masses in essence. Leaders decide what the masses should and should not do by making decisions, and the masses decide the nature and success of the decisions. Only if the decision made by leaders conforms to the will and interests of the masses, can they be correct in direction, scientific in content and smooth in implementation.
