【摘要】：我们中华民族以历史悠久而著称于世。我们党在领导革命、建设和改革的过程中,一贯重视对历史经验的借鉴和运用。毛泽东同志多次要求全党要学习历史。江泽民同志也多次强调:“以史为鉴,可以知兴替。”虽然历史不可能向我们提供解决某个难题的现成答案,但却能启发我们处理现实问题可以遵循的某种思路。学习历史贵在领会精神实质,真正使“古”能为“今”所用,眼睛要紧紧盯在一个“用”字上。该栏目文章的基本要求是:以治国安邦的方略为主要内容,重点写可供借鉴的方法艺术。有关人物素质上的独特性以及为人处世方面的轶闻趣事,只要有意义、有趣味,都可以提及。一定要明确文章主要是写给各级各类领导干部看的。“鉴前世之兴衰,考当今之得失,嘉善矜恶,取是舍非”(司马光:《进通鉴书表》)。只有可“鉴”,才能达到“资治”的目的。《诸葛亮刚柔相济的谋略》属引玉之作,欢迎作者赐稿。
[Abstract]:Our Chinese nation is famous for its long history. In the process of leading revolution, construction and reform, our party has always attached importance to the use of historical experience. Comrade Mao Zedong has repeatedly demanded that the whole party study history. Comrade Jiang Zemin has also stressed on many occasions: "take history as a mirror, you can learn from it." History cannot provide us with a ready answer to a problem, but it can inspire us to follow a certain way of thinking about real problems. To study history is to grasp the essence of spirit, to make "ancient" use "today", and to keep eyes on the word "use". The basic requirement of this column article is: the main content is the general plan of ruling the country and the country, the emphasis is to write the method art which can be used for reference. The uniqueness of the character and the anecdotes about how to deal with the world can be mentioned as long as they are meaningful and interesting. It must be made clear that the article is mainly written to all kinds of leading cadres at all levels to read. "learn from the rise and fall of previous life, test the gains and losses of the present, good and evil, take away from the Fei" (Si Maguang: "Jin Tong Jian Shu Table"). Only can "Jian", can achieve the purpose of "Zhi Zhi". "Zhuge Liang's strategy of flexibility and mercy" is an introduction of jade, the author is welcome to give manuscripts.
