论六赢领导力

【摘要】:领导者试图通过实际的变革体现自己的意图,这要求领导者要有足够的能力和智慧在领导者与他们的追随者之间达成均衡,因此领导者要有领导力。领导力就是领导者与追随者之间具有影响性的相互关系。领导力是关于如何成功领导的学问,一个人是复杂的,一个领导者更加复杂,成功领导者要解决方方面面的矛盾,同各种人和事情打交道,任何一种领导学理论不可能穷尽领导者工作的所有领域,因此也就是盲人摸象,研究在某个时刻某个空间领导者展示的独特行为。本文在分析领导力的基础上,结合利用领导力的指导思想,借用了北京华旗公司的六赢理念,提出了六赢领导力。
[Abstract]:Leaders try to reflect their intentions through actual change, which requires that leaders have the ability and wisdom to balance leaders with their followers, so leaders must have leadership. Leadership is an influential relationship between a leader and a follower. Leadership is the knowledge of how to lead successfully, a person is complex, a leader is more complex, successful leaders have to solve all kinds of contradictions, deal with a variety of people and things, Any kind of leadership theory cannot exhaust all the fields of leader's work, so it is to study the unique behavior of a leader in a certain space at a certain time. Based on the analysis of leadership and the guiding ideology of using leadership, this paper borrows the six-win concept of Beijing Hua-qi Company, and puts forward the six-win leadership.
