人才“长”“短”的双重评判尺度及其实践意义

【摘要】:领导者用人的一个重要原则 ,就是扬长避短。但是事实表明 ,对于人才的“长”“短” ,实际存在着双重评判尺度 ,即先验评判尺度和实践评判尺度。先验评判尺度带有浓厚的道德情感色彩 ,在理论上是无根的 ,在实践上是有弊的。领导者应牢牢把握实践评判尺度 ,围绕领导目标来评判人才的“短”“长”。有助于领导目标实现的乃为“长” ,反之则为“短” ,这才是区分人才“长”“短”的不二法则。
[Abstract]:One of the important principles of leaders' employment is to take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses. However, the facts show that there are two criteria for talent's "long" and "short", that is, a priori criterion and a practical criterion. The measure of transcendental judgment has strong moral emotion color, which has no roots in theory and has disadvantages in practice. Leaders should firmly grasp the practical judgment criteria and judge the short and long talents around the leadership goals. What is helpful to the achievement of leadership goal is "long", and vice versa is "short", which is the rule of distinguishing talent from "long" and "short".
