领导者需要什么样的情商

【摘要】：正领导者应该着重提升洞察力、包容力和应变力三个方面的情商能力。能挽起衣袖上阵,做行为上的表率,从内心里感染他人;具备水的精神,接纳八方来源;预见未来可能存在的挑战或机遇,争取并整合资源,坚韧地致力于问题的解决。
[Abstract]:Positive leaders should focus on enhancing their EQ abilities in terms of insight, tolerance and resilience. Ability to pull up sleeves, act as an example, infect others from within; have the spirit of water, accept the eight sources; foresee the challenges or opportunities that may exist in the future, strive for and integrate resources, and tenaciously commit to the solution of the problem.
