准确把握领导职务正当晋升的核心竞争点

【摘要】:在任何社会阶段 ,透过纷繁复杂的用人原则和标准 ,官职的晋升都可以归纳为资质、劳绩和人际沟通能力这三种核心要素。由于对任何客观因素的把握都必然存在不同的主观视角 ,因而注意研究领导职务正当晋升的核心竞争点 ,将用人原则和用人标准内化到用人艺术之中 ,以最大限度地发挥用人效益和减少干部群体的成长成本具有重要的理论与实践价值。
[Abstract]:In any social stage, through the complicated principles and standards of employment, the promotion of official posts can be summed up into three core elements: qualification, labor performance and interpersonal communication ability. Since there must be different subjective perspectives to grasp any objective factors, attention should be paid to the study of the core competition points for the proper promotion of leading positions and the internalization of employment principles and standards into the art of employing people. It is of great theoretical and practical value to maximize the efficiency of employment and to reduce the growth cost of cadres.
