[Abstract]:On the deductive structure of leadership Science and the theoretical Research of Jiang Ping's leading Science, it is urgent to make a new and fundamental breakthrough to make the scientific theory of leadership science fully manifest. There is no doubt that this is a difficult and long-term task. This paper discusses the basic structure of leadership science theory from the perspective of methodology, and then puts forward the concept of "leadership category" and its deductive form.
