一种新的有优序综合评价的群决策方法

【摘要】:在群决策中存在着多个决策者根据自己的知识、经验和偏好独立选择决策方法 ,对决策方案集作出决策后 ,如何综合确定群体决策方案的多人多指标群决策问题。针对这类问题中决策信息量较少 ,而决策一致性较差的特点 ,在分析一些决策方法的基础上 ,提出了一种多人有优序综合评价的群决策方法。该方法首先采用总体偏差法对决策方案进行分类 ,然后对元素个数多于 1的类采用足码法进行排序 ,最后综合得到整个决策方案的排序。通过具体算例的比较 ,表明该方法弥补了原有方法的不足 ,具有明显的有效性。
[Abstract]:In group decision making, there are many decision makers who choose the decision method independently according to their own knowledge, experience and preference. After making the decision on the decision plan set, how to comprehensively determine the group decision making scheme is a multi-person multi-index group decision making problem. In view of the fact that the decision-making information is less and the decision consistency is poor in this kind of problems, a group decision making method based on the analysis of some decision methods is proposed. In this method, the total deviation method is first used to classify the decision scheme, then the sufficient code method is used to sort the class with more than 1 element number. Finally, the ranking of the whole decision scheme is obtained synthetically. The comparison of numerical examples shows that this method can make up for the deficiency of the original method and has obvious validity.
