The legendary "private board", in a wiser, more intimate way, allows entrepreneurs from above to speak out and find the "golden key" that opens the knot. At the same time help them to sublimate the mind and knowledge. As an "entrepreneur crowdfunding" model, the private board of directors has developed rapidly into a new one since it was introduced from the United States in 2009 by the Bund Board of Directors, private communicator and founder of leading consultancy Lan Gang.
