上下级“心理距离”的调校

【摘要】：正 上下级之间由于在一个组织系统中所扮演的角色不同,客观上存在着某种“心理距离”。这种“心理距离”复杂而微妙。距离过远,上下级之间会显得冷漠、产生误会,甚至对立;距离过近,上级领导又可能丧失权威和尊严,下级也有讨好奉迎之嫌。因此,如何将这种距离调校适度是值得认真研究的。 一、“心理距离”产生的原因 导致上下级产生“心理距离”的原因是多方面的,诸如:
[Abstract]:Due to the different roles in an organizational system, there is an objective "psychological distance" between superiors and subordinates. This psychological distance is complex and delicate. If the distance is too far, the superiors and subordinates will appear apathetic, misunderstanding and even antagonism. If they are too close, the superior leaders may lose their authority and dignity, and the subordinates may be flattered to welcome them.
