【摘要】：正有一个机关干部,在40岁刚出头的时候,就被提拔为正处级领导干部,而且还是一个地方的"一把手"。因此,在一次同学聚会上,其他很多同学都向他表示祝贺,说他是全班"进步"最快的一个,将来一定会大有前途。吃饭的时候,在大家的恭让之下,这个同学也理所当然地坐在了最上席的位子。而同样是公务员,至今却连"副科"都没有达到
[Abstract]:At the age of 40, an organ cadre was promoted to a leading cadre at the department level, and was also a "first-class leader" of a local government. Therefore, at a class meeting, many other students congratulated him, saying that he was the "fastest improving" of the class, and that he would have great prospects in the future. At dinner time, under everybody's courtesy, this classmate also took the top seat of course. But the same civil servant, so far, has not even reached the "deputy branch"
