领导力实验室教学模式研究与实验

【摘要】：基于学习型组织理论,模拟自组织、自学习、自适应特征映射神经元网络模型,构建领导力实验室教学模式,以头脑风暴伴随发散和收敛思维过程,激发创造性地解决方案、拓展可能采取的行动路线,并以此模式开展有效的教学实验。
[Abstract]:Based on the learning organization theory, the neural network model of self-organization, self-learning and adaptive feature mapping is simulated, and the teaching model of leadership laboratory is constructed. The brainstorming is accompanied by divergent and convergent thinking process to stimulate creative solutions. Expand the possible course of action and carry out effective teaching experiments in this model.
