[Abstract]:In the past, when they relied solely on research offices, the decision-making consulting form of the Academy was being conducted by both the government and the private sector, at home and abroad. The pluralistic think-tank system, which coexists within and outside the system, has replaced the increasingly complex economic situation at home and abroad and the diversified social pattern of interests, testing the decision-making ability of local party committees and governments, and the sources of information for decision-making. The sources of thought and facts also determine the quality and level of decision-making. In interviews conducted by Newsweek in Jiangsu, Guangxi and other places, it was found that in the past, the form of decision-making consultation of research institutes and research institutes was being relied on solely by the government and the people.
