组织的正式化及其限度

【摘要】:正式化机制是以个体为基础的组织形成特定目标、结构、功能体,实现组织化的主要机制。正式化机制以个体特征为基础,可抽象为结构化、规范化和角色化三种过程。个体特征和在此基础上存在的非正式组织导致正式化本身存在限度。通过调节组织与个人、正式组织与非正式组织之间的矛盾和背离,把握组织一体化程度,既能满足组织管理的效率、效用逻辑,又能同时实现个人发展和组织存续目标,实现组织与个人的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Formalization mechanism is the main mechanism for the organization based on individual to form a specific goal, structure, function and realize organization. The formalization mechanism is based on individual characteristics and can be abstracted into three processes: structured, standardized and role-based. Individual characteristics and the existence of informal organizations on this basis lead to formalization itself. By adjusting the contradictions and deviations between organizations and individuals, formal organizations and informal organizations, and grasping the degree of organizational integration, it can not only meet the efficiency and utility logic of organizational management, but also realize the goals of personal development and organizational survival at the same time. Realize the harmonious development of organization and individual.
