试论领导基本职业素养

【摘要】：领导基本职业素养,是指领导者在工作中带有稳定性的素质及其自觉能动的修养程度。领导职业素养具有综合性、层次性和动态性等特点,主要包含了政治、知识、能力、身心诸方面的内容。不断提高领导者的素养水平,实现领导集体素质优化,这是实现正确领导的基本条件,因此,加强领导基本职业素养具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Leadership basic professional accomplishment, refers to the leader in the work with the stability of the quality and self-conscious self-cultivation degree. Leadership professional accomplishment has the characteristics of comprehensive, hierarchical and dynamic, mainly including politics, knowledge, ability, body and mind. It is the basic condition of correct leadership to improve the level of leaders' literacy and realize the optimization of the collective quality of leaders. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the basic professional literacy of leaders.
