双方冲突特征下多评价结论协商组合方法

【摘要】:为探讨解决在多属性综合评价中存在的“多方法评价结论非一致性”问题,提出了双方冲突特征下多评价结论协商组合评价的方法,该方法具有协调冲突意见、集成冲突双方评价者偏好信息、组合优化多评价结论等特点,最后用一个算例验证了方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of "inconsistency of multi-method evaluation conclusion" in multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation, this paper puts forward a method of multi-evaluation conclusion negotiation combination evaluation under the characteristics of conflict between two parties. This method has the ability to coordinate conflicting opinions. The advantages of integrating the preference information of the two evaluators and the multi-evaluation conclusions of combinatorial optimization are integrated. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
