【摘要】：管理与领导是两个相对独立的系统。它们有各自的定义;有一致点;更有诸多差异或对立。二者互相配合,取长补短,是现代组织发展的必然要求。
[Abstract]:Management and leadership are two relatively independent systems. They have their own definitions; they have points of agreement; there are more differences or opposites. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern organizations to cooperate with each other and learn from each other.
