继任领导扬弃的艺术

【摘要】:正领导继任是一个非常复杂的过程。继任领导不管是内部提升还是外单位调入,其与前任领导的战略设想、领导模式、管理风格等方面都存在不同程度的差异,而且前任领导在位时间越长,个人影响力越强,继任者与前任领导的作风差异越大,过渡的阴影效应也就越明显。如何迅速适应新角色,努力践行新职责,平稳度过冲突期,顺利开创新局面,是对继任领导工作能力和实践经验的严峻考验。 一、审时度势,以清晰的思路进入新角色 荀子说:"先事虑事,谓之接,接则事优成;先患虑患,谓之豫,豫则
[Abstract]:It is a very complicated process to be in charge of succession. Succession leadership, whether internal promotion or external unit transfer, has different degrees from the former leader's strategic assumption, leadership model, management style and so on, and the longer the former leader is in office, the stronger his personal influence is. The more different the style of successors and former leaders, the more obvious the shadow effect of transition. How to adapt to the new role, to carry out the new duty, to pass the conflict smoothly and to create a new situation is a severe test to the work ability and practical experience of the successor leadership. First, judging the situation and taking a clear line of thought into the new role, Xunzi said: "the first thing to worry about is to follow it, and then the matter to succeed; first to worry about the situation, to call it Yu, and to do so."
